Vitalia Nutrition is founded and run by Carolina King, a registered practitioner with the British Association of Applied Nutrition and Nutritional Therapy (BANT) and the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC). It is important when seeking the advice of a nutritional therapist, that they are registered with BANT and the CNHC in order to have peace of mind that the practitioner meets the standards and high criteria set by the organisations for recommending safe protocols, and be adequately trained, qualified, and insured. Carolina regularly attends conferences, workshops and seminars to keep up-to-date with the very latest in nutritional research. Her experience has included working as a nutritionist at a cancer centre, as well as hosting engaging presentations and cookery workshops in schools and for corporate companies.

Carolina’s passion for food and nutrition stems from the influence of a Spanish mother in which nutritious, home-cooked food has always been of central importance in the family environment. Her late Spanish grandfather was a GP and paediatrician with a great interest in naturopathic principles, which has therefore also resulted in Carolina having a great interest in how both nutrition and medicine can complement each other beautifully. Her fascination for food, cooking, and medicine has led her to study Naturopathic Nutrition over 5 years, both at Thames Valley University and the renowned College of Naturopathic Medicine in London, in which a Diploma in Naturopathic Nutrition was awarded.

Carolina currently offers consultations at Beechwood House Medical Centre in Wolverhampton, Broad Oakes Health Clinic in Solihull, Spring Clinic in Leamington Spa, and Central Chiropractic Clinic in Coventry. Home visits can be arranged in these areas, where appropriate.
